Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy born in June 1962 was an American actress from America. Her film debut was in 1983's Bad Boys she became known as a member of the Brat Pack group of actors. She also appeared on the screen in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985) and Short Circuit (1986). Sheedy was awarded an Independent Spirit Award as Best Female Lead for her role in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Sheedy is an American writer and actress. She started her career in acting in the film Bad Boys at the beginning of the 1980s. The film was written and directed by Rick Rosenthal also starred other popular actors such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown and Alan Ruck. She appeared in The Breakfast Club in 1985, a comedy drama which followed her first success. John Hughes' film is widely regarded as one of the top high school film ever made. The film cost less than $1,000,000 however it made more than 50 million dollars. When she was working on this her first appearance on television came in the form of CBS Schoolbreak. In April of 1980, it became an adolescent program. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid, Hill Street Blues and Chicago Story are some of the other series in which she's appeared. The show Little Sister she makes a guest appearance. Also, she appears in X-Men Apocalypse a superhero film with her part being a brief cameo. Her amazing performance has earned her numerous awards including the MTV Movie Award of Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
